- Customer need to get service at Kawasaki Dealer and Authorized Service Center for periodic maintenance.
- Customer have to maintained periodic maintenance schedule following Kawasaki recommended.
- Others replacement parts related to Accidents or Accidental repair work is not covered under the package.
- Customer needs to take additional paid services and parts for items which are based on Customer motorcycle condition. Example: - Spark plugs Replacement, Air cleaner element Replacement, Brake pads Replacement, Chain and sprocket Replacement, Coolant Replacement, Water hose Replacement, Fuel filter Replacement, Steering stem bearing Lubrication and etc.
- Transportation fee of vehicle is not included in the package.
- Any repair/replacement apart from Service Package will not covered.
- Repairs / replacement related to Accidents or Accidental repair work is not covered under the package.
- Customers can use the service immediately after purchasing the package.
- It is valid at all Kawasaki service centers nationwide.
- The package will be transferred to a second party (referencing the frame number of the purchased package) in case the motorcycle is sold to someone else.
- Cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.
